Osborne Technologies are seeking to employ an energetic, driven internal sales representative to join our expanding sales team. You will be responsible for seeking and developing new opportunities from our existing customer base.

The successful candidate should be able to understand the customers needs and requirements, negotiate and close sales opportunities, source new opportunities through cold calling and emailing, research accounts and identify new business opportunities as well as team with our partners to build their pipeline.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven sales experience and must have a strong telephone presence. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, have good organisation skills and the ability to multitask as well as prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively.

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire. (M1/J37)

Salary: £18,000-£23,000




External Sales Representative / Account Manager

Osborne Technologies are seeking to employ an energetic, driven external account manager to join our expanding sales team. You will be responsible for seeking and developing new opportunities from our existing customer base, visiting partners, resellers and potential new customers to introduce our company's products and services.

The successful candidate should be able to understand the customers needs and requirements, negotiate and close sales opportunities, source new opportunities through cold calling and emailing, research accounts and identify new business opportunities as well as work with existing partners to develop their pipeline.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven sales experience and must have a strong telephone presence. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, have good organisation skills and the ability to multitask as well as prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively. As this is a field-based role, a full driving licence is essential.

Telemarketing Executive

We are looking to appoint well organised Telemarketing Executives with excellent communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner.

The role includes making outbound sales calls, as well providing administrative support for the business development team by answering inbound calls where required. Excellent communication and organisational skills, good time management and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate confidence using general IT, be a competent user of Microsoft Office and be technology aware. Successful candidates will be able to quickly develop an understanding of our core products and the technical language used in our industry, and will develop competency using the company's core products in order to provide remote/online demonstrations where required.

Customer Technical Support Engineer

We have a vacancy for a technical support engineer to join our Customer Technical Services team. The position involves supporting our range of IT and AV products both remotely (telephone and remote support) as well as visiting customers across the country to provide on-site support where required.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with good organisational skills and a sound understanding of general IT and network-related technologies. You will have good customer relation and communication skills and may already be working as an IT technician or helpdesk engineer within a similar field. Product-specific training will be provided.

The position will require you to travel to customers’ sites on occasion so a full driving licence is essential and a company vehicle will be provided when required.
